1 x 3-course-dinner with Brasserie classics for regular guests incl. accompanying wines, water and coffee. Musically, we will be accompanied by Pub Force.

 

Tuesday
Excursion to the Geestfrisch dairy farm in Kropp. We will explore the dairy, suckler cow barn, and Agrofrost. Followed by tasting of local products and ice cream from our own production (please remember to wear sturdy shoes).

Wednesday
Excursion to the Jensen strawberry farm in Sörup. Without a doubt the most delicious strawberries in the region.
Lunch in the cozy café.
Exclusive sour beer tasting with special hop and malt products from the Kemker Kultuurbrauerei brewery in Münsterland
1 x 3-course-dinner menu of North German cuisune at restaurant Brasserie incl. accompanying wines, water and coffee

 

Thursday
On a guided tour of Flensburg, we explore old merchant courtyards and discover an upcoming district.
North German maritime lunch at Willy.
1 x 4-course-gourmet-dinner at Restaurant Meierei Dirk Luther incl. accompanying wines, water and coffee
