For online bookings made through our hotel website, we use the platform of an external service provider. The provider has informed us of a security vulnerability in the data transmission process, which may have resulted in unauthorized access to booking information for a limited period of time.
Upon becoming aware of the incident, an immediate investigation was initiated. The vulnerability was quickly identified and has been fully resolved.
Some guests informed us that they had received messages and unexpected payment requests related to their reservations via WhatsApp or other messaging services.
Please note that we do not contact guests via WhatsApp or other messaging services to request payments. Furthermore, once a reservation has been completed, we do not ask for credit card details, payment information, or any other sensitive personal data through separate messages.
Should you receive requests of this nature, we strongly recommend that you:
Treat messages and unexpected payment requests received via WhatsApp or other messaging services from unknown numbers with particular caution.
Do not click on any links contained in such messages.
Do not share personal information or payment details.
Block the sender and the associated telephone number.
