Please register at the SPA reception on time before your treatment. We aim to give all treatments at the agreed time and for the agreed duration. However, in case you arrive too late, the treatment might eventually be shortened.
If you cancel your appointment, we will cancel your treatment free of charge 24 hours before it starts. After that and also in the event that you do not show up for your appointment, we charge 80 % of the price for the treatment.
As a Day SPA guest, you will receive one bathrobe, one towel, one lounger cover and a key for a lockable wardrobe at the SPA reception (treatments: Bathrobe € 5 per piece, flip flops € 2,50 per pair). We assume no liability for valuables. Day-SPA arrangements are not bookable on holidays.
All spa treatments are given by female and male employees. Please inform us about individual wishes and health restrictions as soon as possible. If you have symptoms of respiratory tract infection or fever, the treatment cannot be given. For the wonderful time of pregnancy, we are happy to consult you on suitable treatments you can enjoy during pregnancy. For underaged guests, we allow us to submit the consent of the parents before starting the treatment.
We do not tolerate inappropriate behavior during a treatment. If necessary, all employees have the right to stop the treatment.
Please shower thoroughly before using the pool or the sauna. Clothing should not be worn in our saunas. If desired, guests may instead use the hamam towels provided when using the sauna and a separate towel to sit on. If you wish, you can use a hamam towel instead, which we keep ready for you at the saunas, as well as a towel as a seat.
Eating and drinking is only permitted at the Vitalbar or on the Vitalbar terrace. We are a non-smoking hotel. The use of nicotine products is exclusively permitted on the Vitalbar terrace. Dogs are not allowed in the indoor and outdoor area of the Hof-Therme.
Please remove your personal belongings if you leave a recliner so that it is available to other guests. Reserving recliners is not permitted.
The Hof-Therme is a place of tranquillity and relaxation. The use of mobile phones and tablets is only permitted for reading. Please use earphones when playing audio and video material. Taking photographs or video recordings and making telephone calls is not permitted. Out of consideration for your fellow guests, please keep conversations quiet and reserved in nature in all areas.
Our younger SPA guests (0 to 12 years old) have access to the Hof-Therme, including indoor and outdoor pool, when accompanied by adults in the time from 7 to 9:30 AM and from 6 PM. During the summer months (June to August), we look forward to welcoming you and your children all day long in the Hof-Therme.
