A culinary start to the holiday season

Starting 11.11.2026, our crispy goose leg will once again be featured on the Brasserie’s menu. Crisp-fried, wonderfully aromatic, and served with classic sides such as two kinds of cabbage and potato dumplings, it’s a delightful way to kick off the holiday season. We look forward to your visit.
