Meierei Dirk Luther restaurant is the hotel’s culinary calling card. Classic French cuisine is served with modern accents. Since 2008, the Guide Michelin restaurant guide has continually honored Dirk Luthers creative and perfect preparation of the finest products with two stars.

Brasserie
Our restaurant will spoil you in the morning with the varied gourmet breakfast. We serve special creations of the in-house patisserie in summer on the beach terrace with a wonderful view of the Flensburg Fjord or in winter in the lobby bar by the crackling fireplace. In the evening, the brasserie turns into a French-style gourmet boulevard.
