Brasserie
Our restaurant will spoil you in the morning with the varied gourmet breakfast. We serve special creations of the in-house patisserie in summer on the beach terrace with a wonderful view of the Flensburg Fjord or in winter in the lobby bar by the crackling fireplace. In the evening, the brasserie turns into a French-style gourmet boulevard.

The Vitalbar is the culinary hotspot of the Hof-Therme. In addition to our early morning swimmer’s breakfast, cold and warm snacks, salads and cocktails, the Vitalbar also offers you the possibility of a relaxed dinner in a cozy bathrobe.
